After a long day exploring the breathtaking Iguazu Falls, returning to the hotel's inviting ambiance truly felt like a retreat. The friendly staff made us feel right at home.

While the atmosphere was lovely, the noise from the hallway occasionally interrupted our peaceful moments. Make sure to book a room away from the connecting doors for enhanced tranquility.

The engaging kids club offered a variety of fun activities, ensuring my child was entertained all day, which allowed us some much-needed relaxation time.

Unfortunately, the outdoor pools were too cold for comfortable use, making it hard for my family to enjoy them fully.

Positive, I had a wonderful three-night stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with great air conditioning. The staff helped us book a dinner show and massages, which were amazing! The breakfast buffet had a large variety, and we loved getting a free cookie at check-in. 🍪

I also encountered issues with room service. my orders took an excessive amount of time, and on one occasion, they were delivered incorrectly after multiple calls. Furthermore, the staff's limited English proficiency complicated communication, frustrating requests for additional services.

I recently had a fantastic time at this resort! The kids club was a highlight for my family, with tons of engaging activities that kept my child entertained all day. The pools were amazing, especially the indoor one, which was perfect during a rainy day. However, I found the food service at dinner lacking. the hot food wasn't appealing and could definitely use some flavor enhancement. Overall, it was a great stay with lots to do, but the dining experience could be better.

As a family with children, we loved the awesome kids club and the multiple swimming pools, perfect for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions.

the hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet (with delicious omelettes! ). the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome. its location near the falls and a major shopping center is super convenient for meals and shopping.

It was just a proper fit for a short visit in Foz do Iguacu with best value. The staff at reception were friendly and provided helpful tips for exploring. Make sure to ask for an apartment without interconnecting doors for a quieter stay.
